Terms of Use

These terms apply when you create, view, download, or share an AuraPic. AuraPic is operated by PARTYPETE.COM PTY LTD (ABN 30 653 453 215), of 38 Nelson St, Stepney SA 5069, South Australia.

Agreement

By selecting the Create button, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you are under 15, a parent or guardian must agree for you.

Entertainment only

AuraPic is for entertainment only, not professional advice.

Your submissions

You must provide information you are entitled to submit and must not impersonate another person. By submitting, you ask AuraPic to process the selected traits and color, save the generated profile, create an enumerable public page, send a text-only prompt to its AI image service to create a photographic share poster. That prompt includes your displayed name, selected match names, descriptors, category labels and color, but not your mobile number. You also ask AuraPic to retain the exact prompt text and final generated PNG in protected storage for verification during the configured retention period, and to add its fixed local badge after the image service returns before publishing the completed poster. A valid mobile number is required to create the result and may be used for one personal follow-up about that AuraPic. Marketing requires separate permission.

Public links

Anyone with a result URL, or anyone who tries its sequential result number, can view and share the public result. Remove the link from your own posts if you no longer want to promote it, and contact the operator to request deletion from AuraPic.

Acceptable use

Do not automate submissions, evade rate limits, probe other systems, upload unlawful content, harass people, interfere with the service, or use AuraPic in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Generated content and availability

AI-generated matches and image effects can be surprising, inaccurate, or inconsistent. AuraPic adds its fixed local badge to the generated image before publication, but does not otherwise redraw it, so generated wording, artwork, font appearance or layout may differ from the prompt. AuraPic may ask you to retry when profile generation, image generation, badge composition, storage, or required badge artwork is unavailable. AuraPic does not promise a particular result or uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and abusive or unlawful results may be removed.

Artwork and sharing

You may download and share your completed AuraPic for personal, non-deceptive use. AuraPic branding and bundled artwork remain subject to the operator's and applicable licensors' rights. Do not present AuraPic output as a verified assessment.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes and governing law

Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date and apply from that date. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction there may hear disputes, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
